What they do: Founded in 2005, Red Rabbit is an innovative NYC-based company at the center of today’s food revolution. As a mission-based company, and voted Best for NYC in 2015, Red Rabbit partners with programs dedicated to bringing healthy and delicious meals to their children.
How they do it: 20,000 times each day, a student eats one of their healthy, made-from-scratch breakfasts, lunches, snacks and dinners across New York City. Our on-site enrichment programs encourage kids to build an understanding of food with hands-on educational labs that carry the healthy eating message to educators, kids and parents.
Mission: Provide all children with access to nutritious, made-from-scratch meals in school, while encouraging them to explore, learn and grow healthy relationships with food that will last a lifetime.
Latest project/campaign: Red Rabbit will be launching a satellite location in upstate New York. They are partnering with the Schenectady Inner City Ministry to provide free food to every child in town.
