Happy weekend, East Harlem!
This fall, Urban Garden Center is hosting four pig roasts, the first one this Sunday, September 15 from 12-6pm. Come for the music and local food, stay for the shopping: Flea Marqueta runs through October 27th (also from 12pm-6pm) featuring local artisans, unique finds, jewelry, food and more. Urban Garden Center is open year-round, operating as the city’s largest garden center.
The event will be held at La Marqueta, the historic public market on 116th Street and Park Avenue.
Come out this Sunday and support the continued growth and vitality of East Harlem.
