Food Reform in California, Led by California Food Policy Council

In a recent article, “New Group’s goal: Food reform on California’s front burner,” SFGate reports on strategies being utilized by the California Food Policy Council.

The Council’s first report analyzes 27 important food reform bills of 2013. Only 11 of these bills came to a vote, and of these, only  5 of these 27 were signed into law by the governor.
