Bagels and de Blasio: Can New York’s Next Mayor Advance City Food Beyond Bloomberg?
Last week, Huffington Post featured writer Alison Rose Levy recapped the recent exciting and conversation-starting Talking Transition panels related to food justice, food economy and poverty/inequality, highlighting the importance of this unique time in the history of our city. Center co-director Janet Poppendieck’s contributions to the Talking Transition series were highlighted extensively:
