Your breakfast this morning: Two organic eggs, roasted cauliflower and 1/2 avocado with sea salt.

Your last meal on earth: Lots of roasted veggies with an amazing sauce made with lots of fresh herbs, garlic and avocado.

Must-have healing food/ingredient: Ginger

Food policy, health, food as medicine book, website(s) social media/blog must-follow/read: I don’t honestly read other blogs/social media. I do my own thing; that’s honestly also my biggest piece of advice if you want to heal your body and feel as good as you can. What someone else is eating may not work for you even if they’re in perfect health.

Your elevator pitch for food as medicine? Trust yourself; your body knows how to heal itself. I’m living proof; I was close to dying a dozen times and every single time, I turned my life around and you can too.
