Interesting Fact
We are interested in using data to highlight ways that any given restaurant can do to make an impact. For instance, we developed a spreadsheet with quantitative data on greenhouse emissions from restaurants. This data can help us make guidelines for how sustainable restaurants in every city should be evaluated.
