Hope City Empowerment Center's (HCEC) principal mission is to, compassionately love, serve and empower people to self-sufficiency. HCEC accomplishes its mission for individuals and families within its service communities by providing:

•Wellness and empowerment services to help develop skill sets to become self-sufficient;

• Love and service to those less fortunate by empowering them with the tools needed to go forward and upward in life;

•Food Security to underserved individuals and families through our emergency food programs in order to eliminate hunger.
