About the Organization: Free and open to the public, our Single Stop Centers provide individuals and families with coordinated access to life-changing resources, enabling them to move up the economic ladder and lead better lives. Students, veterans, families and community members from all walks of life come to our Single Stop Center where counsellors are on hand to help them access all available resources.|Our two Single Stop centers on Rikers Island help ease the transition of incarcerated men and women with wraparound services that pave the way for a more successful reentry into their communities.
