Learn about licensing and labeling compliance for food makers selling wholesale locally and nationally at Brooklyn Grange! The workshop will include a panel discussion featuring food inspectors from the FDA and the NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets, and a consultant who helps food businesses scale.  A few small-batch food processors will present on how they process, which will set the stage for this information-packed session!
