How Can Technology Help the Food System?

“Food technology” traditionally referred to the science behind food processing and preservation through much of the 20th century; today food tech is working to find innovative solutions to improve access to healthy food, reduce food waste and mitigate agriculture’s impact on climate change. This panel will feature leaders in the food tech industry who are finding creative solutions to food-related issues in New York City and beyond.
